I love to bake. I love to bake from scratch. Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with the southern favorite, Red Velvet Cake.
Last night I made one - from scratch. With homemade (I invented the recipie and it's divine, by the way) white chocolate icing.
If only the picture could do the fabulosity justice.

Okay, I might need that recipe. I love red velvet cake, but have never attempted to make it. That looks absolutely amazing!
One time I bought the ingredients to make the cake and have not done it because the frosting did not sound divine. Maybe you could share the recipe?
